Ariz Khan, who had previously been convicted by a trial court in March 2021, was denied clemency by the Delhi High Court on Thursday.
According to Bar and Bench, the Delhi High Court on Thursday declined to uphold Ariz Khan’s death sentence, who had previously been found guilty by a trial court in March 2021.
