Dawood Ibrahim Kaskar’s New Role In Pakistan’s ISI Will Shock You

The son of a Mumbai police officer, Dawood Ibrahim Kaskar, has been appointed as an honorary additional director-general of Pakistan’s Inter Services Intelligence (ISI).

According to insiders in the intelligence community, “this is in recognition of the substantial services he has rendered to the ISI over the past several decades.”

Dawood (68) moved to Dubai in the late 1980s, where he was trained by the ISI and assisted the espionage organization in carrying out the devastating series of bombings in Mumbai on March 12, 1993. He then changed his headquarters to Karachi, where the ISI offered him shelter. He has since been working with Pakistani terror groups and their international backers.

The world’s Terrorist

The U.N. and the U.S. Treasury Department have previously declared him a global terrorist. He has ties to the Taliban, Osama Bin Laden, and Al Qaida. He has been facilitating his vast empire of narcotics smuggling through the use of the terror network. Under the strict supervision of the ISI, a portion of the money made from the sale of drugs is then utilized to finance terrorist activities.

Dawood has already been identified by the U.S. Treasury Department as a “Specially Designated Global Terrorist under Executive Order 13224.”

The U.S. government claims that Dawood “has used his position as one of the most well-known criminals of the Indian underworld for most of the past twenty years to support Al-Qaida and related groups.” His criminal organization has been particularly active in large-scale drug shipments, and it collaborated with Usama bin Laden’s (dead) terrorist network on smuggling routes from South Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. To make it easier for them to use these routes, a financial agreement was arranged. Kaskar visited Afghanistan in the late 1990s while being guarded by the Taliban.

border crossing drug smuggling

According to sources, Dawood closely collaborates with the ISI to smuggle drugs across borders. Senior Pakistani army generals know him by name, and the Pak army’s special forces are tasked with providing him with round-the-clock armed protection. His brother Anees Ibrahim currently manages business activities in the Gulf and the Middle East, while his right-hand man Chhota Shakeel handles much of his business in real estate, Bollywood, and other areas. Dawood permits the ISI to execute espionage operations in several regions of India using his network, which is still in tact in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, and other places. On the basis of the Pakistani passports that were given to them, many builders from Mumbai are known to travel to Pakistan via Dubai or Kathmandu.
