UP authorities to now work on enhancing private bus/auto stands of the state

In a first, the state government has received a request from the UP transport department to build, oversee, and control private buses and auto-tempo stands for the benefit of passengers. Additionally furnished with amenities for passengers, these private parking spaces will relieve congestion on the neighboring highways.
UP PWD is now on foot to repair potholed roads of Lucknow
The state government has assigned the Uttar Pradesh Public Works Department (PWD) the duty of repairing the pothole-filled arterial highways in Lucknow. The rainy season, however, caused the work to be put on hold. The department must now start the repairs, which will be finished in time for Diwali.
